Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building a highly scalable, AI-enabled SaaS platform. You will play a key role in developing robust backend services, intuitive frontend experiences, and seamless integrations that power large-scale email campaigns, lead intelligence, and AI-assisted workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on data-intensive, AI-driven products and understands the challenges of building high-performance platforms used by thousands of users globally.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development (React.js)

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces for dashboards, campaign builders, CRM pipelines, and analytics views
• Implement complex UI flows for lead filtering, campaign management, inbox handling, and A/B testing
• Optimize frontend performance for large datasets and real-time updates
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Elastic search and vector search

Backend Development (Node.js & Express.js)

• Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to support core platform features
• Develop secure and efficient backend logic for email automation, warmup systems, inbox rotation, and campaign scheduling
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Handle high-volume data processing and API performance optimization

Database & Architecture (MongoDB)

• Design efficient database schemas for leads, campaigns, email events, analytics, and CRM pipelines
• Optimize queries and indexing for large-scale datasets (millions of records)
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and scalability

Integrations & DevOps

• Integrate third-party services such as email providers, CRMs, analytics tools, and external APIs
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, security, and system reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience building SaaS platforms with multi-tenant architecture
• Solid understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and system design
• Familiarity with email systems, background jobs, queues, and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with large datasets and analytics dashboards
• Experience working with elastic search
• AI Agents to write and QA code.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications, especially NLP, personalization engines, or predictive analytics
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or streaming data
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Understanding of email deliverability, spam prevention, and warmup mechanisms
• Prior experience in sales-tech, marketing automation, or CRM products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
