Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete development lifecycle—from designing user-friendly interfaces to building scalable backend APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and data management.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database schema design.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodology.
