Job Title: MERN Full Stack Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Full Stack Web Application Development

Develop robust, responsive web applications using
React.js, Node.js, Express,
and
MongoDB.
Design and build scalable RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
Write clean, reusable, and testable code across both the client and server side.

2. Cloud Deployment & Performance Optimization

Deploy and manage applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Integrate monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines for rapid, stable deployment cycles.

3. Database Design & Management

Create and manage complex MongoDB schemas.
Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
Implement data backup and recovery mechanisms.

4. Product Collaboration & Agile Development

Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

5. Security & Compliance

Ensure applications follow best practices for data security, particularly in sensitive domains like healthcare.
Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

6. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain detailed technical documentation.
Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, performance, and development processes.
Stay current with latest JavaScript and healthcare tech trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience
developing full-stack applications using the
MERN
stack.
Proficiency in
JavaScript
,
ES6+
,
React hooks
,
Redux
, and
Node.js
.
Experience working with
REST APIs
, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Strong knowledge of
MongoDB
and schema design.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS).
Prior exposure to
healthcare technology
,
EHR systems
,
FHIR
, or
HIPAA
standards is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
