As a React - Node.js Developer (MERN Full Stack) at UpCodo Digital, you will be responsible for developing robust and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using React.js and Node.js. - Building efficient and reusable front-end and back-end components for seamless performance. - Integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services. - Collaborating with UI/UX designers, mobile teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern coding standards. - Debugging, testing, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Managing databases using MongoDB and handling cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, or similar). - Participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development cycles. Qualifications required for this role include: - 15 years of proven experience in Full Stack Web Development using the MERN stack. - Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS. - Hands-on experience with API design, state management (Redux, Context API), and authentication (JWT/OAuth). - Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket). - Good understanding of database design, schema modeling, and RESTful architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL, basic knowledge of DevOps, AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines, understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and prior experience developing SaaS, E-commerce, or PWA applications.
