Your Role at BLDX As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll help build and scale our AI-driven scheduling and document management platform, integrating real-time data from schedules, materials, and on-site progress. You’ll work across the full stack to deliver seamless user experiences and reliable backend systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack. Integrate AI/ML-powered modules for scheduling, document search, and project analytics. Work closely with designers and AI engineers to bring features to life. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with strong documentation. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to ensure high product quality. Contribute to product architecture and make technical decisions that shape the platform’s foundation. What We're Looking For 2–4 years of full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, MongoDB, Angular & Express. Experience with REST APIs, Git, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Bonus: Exposure to AI/ML integrations, construction tech, or SaaS products. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup.
