Role Overview:

The Merchandiser will support the merchandising team in coordinating export and silver jewellery orders. The role involves internal communication across departments, documentation, and assisting in order execution from development to dispatch. This position is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in jewellery exports and manufacturing who are eager to grow in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with CAD, Design, NPD/NPA, Production, QC, and Dispatch departments
• Follow up on CAD development, design revisions, and sample status
• Ensure accurate flow of information between departments

Order Support & Execution

• Assist in managing orders from design development to shipment
• Track timelines and report progress to Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser
• Support in resolving day-to-day execution issues

Client & Communication Support

• Draft professional emails and internal communications
• Share updates, approvals, and documentation as guided by seniors
• Maintain clear and timely written communication

CAD & Design Understanding

• Review CADs and design concepts for basic feasibility and clarity
• Coordinate feedback and revisions with CAD and design teams
• Maintain design and sample records

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain order sheets, style details, and tracking records
• Update MIS reports related to order status and timelines
• Assist in export documentation coordination when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in jewellery merchandising or manufacturing

(Export and silver jewellery manufacturing experience preferred)

• Basic knowledge of CAD and jewellery design concepts
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to draft professional emails
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
