Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Brand Manager focused on Partnerships and Alliances in Ad Sales. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential partnerships, developing joint marketing strategies, and collaborating with external stakeholders to grow revenue opportunities. The role will involve managing alliances, negotiating contracts, and leveraging commercial partnerships to enhance the company's visibility and brand value. The position also entails creating advertising campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the success of partnership marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in partnership management, business development, and establishing alliances.
• Strong skills in advertising sales, marketing strategies, and campaign management.
• Experience with negotiation, contract management, and relationship building.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights to develop strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on results.
• Relevant experience in prop-tech, community management, or advertising industries is preferred.
