Location: Pune (Hybrid / Work from Home) | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced and target-driven Media Sales Manager to lead advertisement and sponsorship sales for one of India’s leading industrial and manufacturing magazines. If you have a passion for media, strong networks in B2B sectors, and a track record in ad sales—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through print and digital ad sales, branded content, and sponsorship deals
• Develop and manage relationships with industrial clients, marketing heads, and media agencies
• Identify new business opportunities, craft proposals, and close high-value sales deals
• Build quarterly and annual sales plans and ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and digital teams to align sales with content
• Track performance metrics, maintain sales pipelines, and report to management
• Represent the brand at events, expos, and industry networking opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in media / magazine / advertising sales
• Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or tech sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of ad formats (print, digital banners, sponsored content, emailers, etc.)
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online presentation tools
• Based in Pune (travel-ready for client meetings and expos if needed)
