Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven

Media Buyer

to manage and scale digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on both

performance

and

branding

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling large-scale budgets and be proficient in planning and executing paid media strategies across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs including CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.
  • Drive A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for campaign assets.

Branding Campaigns

  • Strategize and implement brand awareness campaigns through digital media.
  • Work closely with publisher networks, OTT platforms, influencer channels, and social platforms to deliver impactful brand campaigns.
  • Analyze brand lift and campaign reach metrics to measure success.

Media Planning & Budget Management

  • Proficient in end-to-end media planning and execution.
  • Must have handled monthly budgets of ₹50 Lakhs or more across performance and branding campaigns.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of budget across platforms for maximum ROI.
  • Identify and onboard new media partners/vendors for campaign diversification.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance regularly and prepare actionable reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Appsflyer, etc., for analysis and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in media buying.
  • Strong command over platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, influencer/publisher platforms.
  • Proven expertise in handling ₹50L+ monthly media budgets.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

Good To Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or managing CPI/CPL/CPA models.
  • Understanding of mobile app attribution tools like Appsflyer or Branch.
  • Exposure to both domestic and international campaigns.
