Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager – CPS (Cost Per Sale) to manage, expand, and optimize our affiliate network across both domestic and international markets . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving e-commerce and D2C sales through a strong publisher network while ensuring performance KPIs are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Recruit, manage, and grow a portfolio of CPS-based affiliate partners including influencers, media buyers, coupon sites, cashback platforms, and content publishers. Build strong relationships with affiliates to drive consistent revenue and optimize campaign performance. Negotiate commission structures, terms, and payouts to maximize ROI for both the company and partners. Manage end-to-end affiliate campaign execution including offer setup, tracking, approvals, and invoicing. Analyze campaign metrics (sales volume, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, etc.) and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Monitor traffic quality, identify fraud or compliance issues, and ensure affiliates meet brand guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, ad operations, and creative) to ensure campaign alignment and performance. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and affiliate innovations across various GEOs. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in CPS affiliate marketing (preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or fintech sectors). Strong understanding of domestic (India) and international affiliate ecosystems. Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms like Trackier, Impact, Admitad, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and take strategic actions. Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Existing affiliate/publisher relationships across India, MENA, SEA, or Tier 1 geos. Knowledge of fraud prevention tools and traffic monitoring platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce performance metrics and CRM platforms.
