Ob Overview We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Brand Sales Assistant Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new brand clients, building strong relationships, and driving digital ad revenue through strategic solutions tailored to clients' marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new brand clients across sectors (FMCG, EdTech, BFSI, Gaming, etc.) Pitch digital advertising solutions (Display, Video, Influencer, Native, Programmatic, etc.) to prospective brands. Develop and maintain relationships with media planners, brand managers, and decision-makers. Understand client needs and create customized media plans, proposals, and sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing new business and up-selling to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, creative, campaign managers) to ensure successful campaign execution. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital media sales or brand partnerships (preferably in an ad network, agency, or digital platform). Strong understanding of digital marketing products and metrics (CPM, CPC, CPV, ROI, reach, engagement). Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client pipelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Nice to Have Experience with media planning and buying tools (DV360, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) Existing brand/agency contacts and network.
