Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing who will be responsible for enhancing the brand image, managing public relations activities, and executing strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This individual will work closely with internal teams, media partners, and key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and credibility in the market. Key Responsibilities Public Relations (PR): Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand presence. Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and media responses. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets. Organize and coordinate media coverage, interviews, and press conferences. Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports. Marketing Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with business objectives. Manage social media presence and create engaging content across platforms. Work with design/content teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, videos, etc. Oversee branding activities including events, merchandise, and corporate communication. Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field. 2+ years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (preferably in the digital advertising or media industry). Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Experience in handling media relations, social media, and content marketing. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Understanding of the performance marketing or ad tech ecosystem. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. Event planning or corporate communication experience.
