Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - PR & Marketing with 4-6 years of experience to join our team at ITC Mughal, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective public relations and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Create and disseminate press releases, media kits, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide insights for future improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations and marketing.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in public relations and marketing, preferably in the hotels and restaurants industry.
Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and its unique challenges.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems.
