Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven

Affiliate Manager

with strong experience in managing

CPS (Cost Per Sale)

campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid network of affiliates, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and grow CPS affiliate partnerships to drive quality conversions
Identify and recruit new affiliates, partners, and media buyers
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to meet ROI goals
Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and monitor traffic sources for fraud
Coordinate with internal teams (product, creative, analytics) for campaign success
Negotiate deals, payout models, and contracts with affiliates and networks
Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on CPS campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking tools (HasOffers, Affise, etc.)
Established network of active affiliates and partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Nice To Have

Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or D2C affiliate campaigns
Familiarity with fraud prevention tools and attribution models
