We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager - CPS to manage and grow our affiliate network, with a primary focus on India-based campaigns in the mutual fund, credit card, and subscription verticals, along with handling international CPS campaigns. You will be responsible for sourcing publishers, onboarding them, managing relationships, and driving measurable results across both domestic and global markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and publishers specializing in CPS (Cost Per Sale) models. Develop strong relationships with Indian and international publishers, particularly those with proven track records in financial and subscription-based verticals. End-to-end management of CPS campaigns across India and international markets. Focus on high-performing verticals such as mutual funds, credit cards, and digital subscriptions. Monitor campaign performance, optimize publisher traffic sources, and drive scale while maintaining quality. Ensure compliance with advertiser terms and affiliate marketing best practices. Monitor traffic quality and take necessary actions against fraudulent or non-compliant affiliates. Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to align campaign goals with publisher strategy. Provide detailed reports and insights on affiliate performance, ROI, and optimization strategies. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing tools. Suggest strategies to penetrate untapped publisher segments and maximize campaign reach. Key Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in managing CPS campaigns, especially in the Indian market. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, publisher ecosystems, and payout structures. Proven experience in managing affiliates for mutual funds, credit card signups, and subscription services . The existing network of high-quality Indian and international publishers is a strong plus. Familiarity with tracking platforms like HasOffers, Affise, Trackier, etc. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
