Mechanical Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical/industrial products or solutions.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized client solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to explore new markets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/industrial products and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Key Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering background (Diploma/Degree).
• Proven experience in technical/industrial sales.
• Good understanding of sales cycle and client handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Self-motivated with strong business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
