Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers through research and networking. Your primary focus will be to promote the company's products and services to potential customers. It will be essential for you to develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. You will also be expected to prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Collaboration with engineering and production teams to ensure that products meet customer specifications will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will need to provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge will enable you to provide relevant insights to customers. Regular reporting on sales activities and performance will also be required. Desired skills and competencies for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred. A willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions is essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position located in Vadodara. The desired qualification for this role is BE in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA in Marketing. The desired experience level for this position is 0-1 years.
