Roles and Responsibility:
Manage sales operations and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers across GUJARAT
- Drive revenue growth and achieve state-level targets
- Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks and engage sales channels
- Analyze sales performance and prepare MIS reports
- Provide market insights and contribute to strategy development
Required Competencies
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of the GUJARAT market
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Decision-making under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively across the state
