The role involves creating customised solutions for clients, preparing proposals, conducting product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration across technical, marketing, and production teams is expected to deliver optimal customer solutions. This is a full-time role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to analyse technical requirements and provide customised product solutions. 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Engage with customers to understand their mechanical and process requirements across our product range (Pumps, Valves & Filter Press). 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, installation guidelines, and maintenance documents to help with customer decisions. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Communicate product features, performance, and benefits through impactful demos and presentations. 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞: Lead pricing discussions, prepare commercial offers, and close deals while working towards monthly and annual sales targets. 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, OEMs, EPCs, and channel partners to ensure repeat and sustainable business. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM, prepare monthly reports, and support sales forecasting.
