What would you do?

The objective of a reporting analyst is to analyze metrics and design reports to help drive critical business decisions. Reporting analysts contribute to the overall improvement of business reporting by maintaining a company s data systems and implementing processes and initiatives that ultimately increase the effectiveness and integrity of data reporting and documentation. They store data, create reports, analyze reports, create custom reports, and share findings Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy. Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers. Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis. Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends. Process by which data from customer behavior is used to help make key business decisions via market segmentation and predictive analytics. This information is used by businesses for direct marketing, site selection, and customer relationship management.

KPI Definition & Tracking Understanding of business metrics (e.g., sales performance, conversion rates, churn) Familiarity with OKRs/KPIs framework Documentation & Governance Maintaining reporting dictionaries Version control, change tracking in report Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
The decisions that you make would impact your own work
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
