Key Responsibilities: Lead the eCommerce team in managing Amazon operations, focusing on high-impact listing optimization, fulfillment coordination, and content strategy. Develop and implement month-on-month growth strategies for Amazon UAE and US, with a roadmap for global expansion. Optimize Amazon listings (titles, descriptions, A+ content, images, videos) for maximum visibility and conversions, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. Oversee inventory management, monitor stock movement, and coordinate with fulfillment to ensure optimal availability and avoid stockouts. Conduct competitor analysis to assess pricing, trends, and strategies, leveraging insights to refine our approach and drive brand visibility. Plan, execute, and manage targeted Amazon advertising campaigns, seasonal promotions, and deals to boost sales and customer engagement. Generate and analyze performance reports, submitting them to management on a regular basis to inform strategic decisions and adapt strategies for continuous improvement. Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to develop high-quality, compelling product content tailored to the target audience. Desired Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing Amazon Global marketplaces. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience in listing optimization and campaign management. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally. Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage team workflow effectively. Strong eye for content quality, ensuring both visuals and text meet brand and market standards.
