Role Overview

Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities

Catalog & Listings Management

• Ensure perfect product listings with accurate content, images, keywords, A+ content, and timely updates across all platforms.
• Work closely with creative and content teams for optimized brand representation.

Advertising & Campaign Strategy

• Plan and execute high-ROI ad campaigns across Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, and others.
• Monitor spends, optimize bids, and scale performance campaigns.

Sales & Growth Planning

• Own and drive revenue growth, promotional plans, and platform events like Big Billion Days, Beauty Sales, etc.
• Analyze sales data, inventory, and marketing performance to build growth strategies.

Platform Relationships

• Liaise with category managers, brand managers, and POCs to secure visibility, deals, and co-op campaigns.

Inventory & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with internal ops and supply teams to ensure stock availability, timely dispatch, and replenishment planning.

Requirements

• 3 years+ of hands-on experience managing Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, or Purplle
• Strong understanding of e-commerce ads, algorithm mechanics, keyword strategy, and promotions
• Experience in managing a catalog-heavy, fast-moving consumer brand
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Self-driven, takes ownership, and works with speed and accuracy

Bonus if you have:

• Prior experience in grooming, beauty, or personal care categories
• Relationship network within marketplace category managers
• Exposure to D2C platforms (Shopify or WooCommerce)
