HIRING ALERT!! Marketplace Manager — TENHEM (Pune)

TENHEM, a premium smart-casual menswear brand, is looking for a Marketplace Manager based in Pune. We need someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and can protect the brand across Myntra, Amazon, Tatacliq, Nykaa and Shopify.This role is about accuracy, speed, and maintaining a premium brand experience across all listings.

Key Responsibilities (Short & Essential)

• Manage listings, cataloguing, tags, attributes & imagery across premium marketplace and shopify • Ensure accurate product titles, keywords & premium presentation • Coordinate order flow, dispatch, returns, cancellations & SLA compliance • Monitor RTO, defects, ratings, penalties — and prevent them proactively • Manage Marketplace Ads: Myntra PLA, Amazon PPC, Tatacliq & Nykaa Ads • Maintain stock sync with warehouse; avoid overselling/underselling • Track PDP performance & share weekly improvements

Who You Are

• 5+ years managing marketplaces for D2C or apparel brands • Extremely organised, meticulous, and fast • Strong understanding of premium apparel, sizing, and catalog hygiene • Good with dashboards, Excel/Sheets, reports, and platform panels • Able to coordinate smoothly with warehouse, logistics & internal teams • Based in Pune
