Role Description:

We are hiring an experienced Marketplace Manager to grow our business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Meesho, and JioMart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily marketplace operations, listings & content updates

- Create and optimise product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ content)

- Plan, run & optimize ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)

- Build data-driven advertising strategies to reduce ACOS & increase ROAS

- Track KPIs: sales, conversions, buybox %, ad performance

- Handle claims, policy issues, ratings & account health

- Plan pricing, discounts, deals & festive sale strategies

Requirements:

- 2–5 years experience managing Amazon + Flipkart

- Strong in ads management, PPC optimization & bid strategy

- Skilled in marketplace SEO & analytics

- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

- Experience with D2C/eCommerce brands preferred
