We’re on a mission to create affordable, high-tech grooming experiences through world-class razors, trimmers, and shave care. Now, we’re looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital and marketplace strategy across D2C, Q-Commerce, and E-commerce. Your Mission: You’ll be responsible for leading our website marketing, driving conversions, and scaling revenue across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart, Amazon, and more. You’ll own the Shopify journey , manage ads and data funnels, and collaborate with the leadership team to build an iconic brand. What You’ll Own: Shopify Website Growth & Conversion Optimization Manage end-to-end Shopify store operations – product uploads, merchandising, landing pages, CRO Run A/B tests, track drop-offs, optimize cart flows, and push targeted offers Collaborate with design/content for persuasive D2C assets and email journeys CRM, Retargeting & Data Analysis Plan and execute email/WhatsApp marketing (WebEngage/others) Use customer cohorts and data to build performance-driven lifecycle campaigns Deep-dive into purchase patterns, RFM segments, and conversion triggers Marketplace & Q-Commerce Growth Coordinate with teams across Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, and others Drive performance marketing, promotions, and UGC/influencer collaborations Improve listings, discoverability, and conversion funnels with partners Analytics & Reporting Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, and revenue metrics across channels Report insights weekly, highlight underperforming areas, and propose solutions Work closely with the founder and key stakeholders for monthly goals Who You Are: 2–4 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or growth-focused marketing roles Proficient in Shopify, WebEngage/Klaviyo, Excel/Google Sheets, Meta Ads, Google Ads Experience with Amazon Ads or Flipkart PPC is a big plus Analytical + creative thinker — you build and test fast Confident working with leadership & cross-functional teams Understanding of affiliate marketing and corporate gifting (preferred) Strong communication, deadline management, and reporting skills Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus What You'll Get: Ownership of your vertical and freedom to innovate Fast-paced, entrepreneurial work culture with direct founder access The chance to shape one of India’s most profitable D2C grooming brands Show more Show less
