Team Lead - Full Stack

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Team Lead to take charge of designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, making architectural decisions, writing production-grade code, and managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments. In terms of leadership and management, your main responsibilities will include leading a team of front-end and back-end developers to deliver high-quality software, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure best practices, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to meet project goals and timelines. For full stack development, you will be expected to develop, maintain, and scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side technologies (such as Node.js, Python, Go, or PHP). Additionally, you will design RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party services, and write reusable, testable, and efficient code on both the front-end and back-end. In the realm of DevOps and deployment, you will manage and automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. You will also handle deployments to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and monitor application performance, uptime, and error logs post-deployment. When it comes to architecture and planning, you will participate in software architecture discussions and technical decision-making, ensuring code scalability, maintainability, and security compliance. Moreover, you will collaborate on defining and enforcing development workflows and guidelines. To be eligible for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with leadership responsibilities. Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React/Angular/Vue), HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs is required, along with experience in relational and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB). A strong understanding of Git, Docker, and containerized deployments is essential, as is hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, performance optimization, caching, and application security is also expected.
