Position: Marketing Strategist
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Chandigarh

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist with a proven track record of scaling SaaS products with free trial models in global markets. The role requires a hands-on professional who can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth—primarily targeting the US and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to scale SaaS products with free trials.
  • Lead end-to-end demand generation through:
  • Paid Ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Email Marketing & Drip Campaigns
  • SEO & Organic Growth
  • Webinars, Podcasts, and Thought Leadership initiatives
  • Create and manage the annual marketing/media calendar to align with business objectives.
  • Drive measurable results across lead acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Be hands-on in managing and optimizing campaigns across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Content) to align strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor insights to optimize ROI.
  • Test and implement new growth channels and innovative marketing tactics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on scaling products with free trial models.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and performance-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the US and European markets, with the ability to adapt strategies for global audiences.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email automation tools, and social media management.
  • Experience in creating and hosting webinars/podcasts for brand awareness and lead conversion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong planning skills to manage an annual media calendar while balancing tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
