Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: β Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Apps), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant programmatic or native advertising channels. β Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy. β Write compelling ad copy and work with design/content teams to create engaging ad creatives. β Set up tracking, conversion events, and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance. Optimization & Analysis: β Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, etc. Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness. β Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on campaign performance to stakeholders. β Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Budget Management: β Manage and allocate significant marketing budgets effectively across different channels and campaigns to achieve performance goals. Qualifications: β Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. β 3-5 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, preferably within a [SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Digital Media] environment. β Demonstrable expertise in: β Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC) β Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram) β Google Analytics (GA4 proficiency is a plus) β Tracking and attribution tools (e.g., GTM, AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust) β Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. β Proficiency in using reporting tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis. β Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Bonus Points If You Have: β Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or other emerging platforms. β Knowledge of SEO and ASO principles. β Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. β Experience in marketing for a B2B SaaS product or a creator economy platform.
