Company Description-

Freelance Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities-

Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on
Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Drive traffic, optimize conversions, and reduce CAC (customer acquisition cost).
Strategize and manage full-funnel ad flows for
awareness, engagement, and sales.
Collaborate with our internal team on creatives and messaging for campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and report actionable metrics.
Continuously test ad formats, targeting options, and landing page performance.
Recommend budgeting and scaling strategies.

Requirements-

Proven experience (2–4 years) in
performance marketing
, preferably for
fashion or D2C brands.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Ability to understand and align with
luxury/aspirational brand tone.
Analytical mindset with clear understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
Self-driven and available for regular check-ins and performance updates.
Experience in
retargeting, lead gen
, and
e-commerce performance funnels.

Duration and Compensation-

Freelance / Project-based
with monthly retainers or performance-based incentives.
Flexible working hours; must be reachable for timely reporting and syncs.
Open to discussing competitive compensation based on experience.
