This is an all-rounder role where you'll be involved in everything from content and campaigns to offline events. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Work closely with the founder to develop marketing plans aligned with brand goals and customer insights Support new product development with market research, trend tracking, and competitor analysis Content & Campaigns Plan, shoot and execute in-house content for social media, emailers, website, and influencer collaborations Work with external partners to run paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google) and assist with performance tracking Monitor metrics across platforms and suggest improvements to boost engagement and conversion. Support go-to-market strategies for new launches Product Launches Coordinate shoots for product launches, create briefs, and manage editing and publishing Support go-to-market strategies for new launches. Plan campaigns for pricing, positioning, and promotional rollout Brand Management Ensure consistency in branding across all channels — packaging, digital, website, and events Review creatives and maintain alignment with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and storytelling Offline Events & Collaborations Identify and plan for exhibitions, pop-ups, and other offline opportunities Coordinate logistics, manage stall setup, and represent the brand Handle on-ground sales, product demos, and customer engagement (independently, if required) Order Fulfillment & Customer Support Handle order packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment while addressing basic customer queries and post-order communication Influencer & PR Outreach Identify and manage seeding with relevant influencers, creators, and PR contacts Maintain outreach trackers and follow-ups for visibility and brand credibility Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or D2C/e-commerce Strong content sensibility and comfort with tools like Canva, Instagram, and email platforms Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and building meaningful brands from scratch
