Google Ads Specialist

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Plan, create, and manage

  Google Ads campaigns

  (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Conduct thorough

  keyword research

  , audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimise campaigns daily to improve

  CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS

  , and overall performance.
• Write and test compelling ad copy and creatives to increase conversions.
• Set up

  conversion tracking

  , analytics, and event measurement.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure smooth, efficient spend across campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of

  Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager

  , and tracking tools.
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with lead generation campaigns (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.

• Experience with landing page optimisation (CRO).
