Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing specialist to manage the company’s online presence and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, managing social media platforms, and assisting in both online and offline marketing activities to drive business growth. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and be comfortable using tools like Google Analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Marketing & Branding:

Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives, videos, and promotional materials

Assist in organizing events, photoshoots, exhibitions, and other promotional activities. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities. Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI.


Digital Marketing:

Track marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.


Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize social media strategies to improve engagement and reach. Respond to followers and build an active online community. Manage collaborations, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns.


Accountability & Delivery

To emphasize the responsibility angle:

The Digital Marketing Lead owns all digital marketing projects: they are accountable for delivering them on time, within budget, and meeting performance goals.

They are responsible for project tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that each marketing initiative is implemented as per the agreed strategy.

They also hold responsibility for continuous optimization — not just launching campaigns, but learning from results, iterating, and improving.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics.
