Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, and reaching out to potential students and partner institutions. The role includes engaging with prospective students, providing customer support, and managing communication channels to ensure a seamless admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and institutions effectively and provide high-quality support.
• Expertise in Market Research and understanding industry trends to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing Strategy to attract and convert potential students while promoting the company’s services strategically.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Experience in the education consultancy domain or similar industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with overseas education processes and requirements is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
