Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Member located in Delhi, India. The Board Member will oversee the policy and strategic direction of Explore Abroad Edu. Key responsibilities include providing governance leadership, ensuring robust financial oversight, advocating for the mission, representing the organization to stakeholders, and evaluating executive management's performance. The Board Member will also attend regular board meetings and contribute to committees as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, leadership, and strategic oversight
• Strong financial acumen and ability to ensure robust financial oversight
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to represent the organization to external stakeholders and partners
• Experience in the education or healthcare sector is a plus
• Strong understanding of regulatory and policy environments
• Commitment to ethical practices and the mission of Explore Abroad Edu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Education, or related field; advanced degree preferred
