Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director, located in Delhi, India. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the consultancy, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, managing a team, fostering relationships with partner universities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Director will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and driving the overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education Consultancy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic planning and business development acumen
• Knowledge of overseas education systems, especially in the medical field
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
