Job Description

Partner with the Advisory COO to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives and operational projects
Manage daytoday operations within the COO s office, including communications, and followup on key action items with relevant stakeholders across IFS and Advisory
Support the development and tracking of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals
Analyse business data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations Facilitate effective communication across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal leadership meetings
Organize and prepare for leadership meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and followup on action items
Coordinate crossfunctional collaboration efforts, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized
Identify areas for process improvement within the advisory practice and support implementation efforts
Assist with budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with fice and practice leaders
Represent the Advisory COO in meetings and forums as needed, ensuring clear communication of priorities and initiatives
