Weâre looking for a sharp, proactive B2B Marketing Specialist to lead and execute email campaigns and support strategic marketing initiatives. If you enjoy working across teams, building funnels, and driving measurable results, this role is for you.
· Plan, build, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns
· Execute drip campaigns, event invites, and nurture sequences
· Segment audiences and personalize messaging using tools like HubSpot & LinkedIn Ads
· Develop and support go-to-market strategies for tech and SaaS products
· Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging and content
· Support full-funnel strategies (TOFUâBOFU) with content, campaigns, and optimization
· Assist with ABM, webinars, content syndication, and LinkedIn marketing initiatives
· Analyze buyer personas, competitive landscape, and market trends
· Recommend campaign direction and messaging based on research
Campaign Analytics
· Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
· Regularly share reports, dashboards, and insights with key stakeholders
· 2â3 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or SaaS
· Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
· Experienced in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
· Working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows
· Solid understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
· Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
· Ability to translate technical product features into compelling value-driven messaging
Nice to Have
· Exposure to demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM)
· Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid campaigns
· Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools
· Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment
