Position Overview


We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with a relevant experience. Job Purpose:



You will oversee all aspects of social media planning and the execution of marketing communications and promotions across a variety of mediums.

This includes Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) strategies encompassing print, outdoor, radio, product launches, events, exhibitions, activations, and trade meets. The role demands strategic abilities in the coordination and implementation of comprehensive marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Design and implement innovative media strategies that align with the brand’s goals, ensuring effective reach and engagement with target audiences.

• Lead Marketing Communications: Take charge of all marketing communications, overseeing the creation and delivery of compelling marketing messages and materials.

• Manage Promotional Activities: Plan and oversee all promotional activities including product launches, events, exhibitions, and activations to maximize brand exposure and market penetration.

• Coordinate with Multiple Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and campaigns.

• Budget Management: Manage budgets for media and promotional activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve the brand’s objectives.

• Keeping a track on competitor BTL activities – Events, Activation, tie-ups etc.

• Coordinating with regional teams for city-specific marketing activities.

• Run local-level campaigns to drive regional-level targets.

• Develop, manage and distribute promotional marketing materials.

• To increase brand visibility and top-of-mind awareness and recall for the brand.


Requirements:

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in media planning, marketing communications and promotions, holding a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Marketing / Business Administration.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Deep understanding of both ATL and BTL marketing strategies.

• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and a team player.
