The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer service interactions, and assisting in sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams, and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Sales skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing or sales industry is a plus
