We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our menswear brand Rajwada in Lucknow. The role involves assisting in the entire design process—from concept development to final sampling. The candidate will support in sketching, fabric and embroidery selection, creating design boards, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely execution of collections. A good understanding of men’s ethnic wear trends, fabrics, and detailing is essential. Salary up to ₹20,000 based on skills and experience.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Apparel Design or related field
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric types
• Proficiency in fashion illustration (manual or digital) and design software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred)
• Good understanding of current fashion trends and color concepts
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Freshers with strong portfolio or internship experience are welcome
