About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, able to communicate effectively with buyers, manage online orders, and assist in developing new samples and collections. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and communicate with buyers to understand their design and sampling requirements. Develop and execute new design ideas based on market trends and buyer briefs. Handle online orders — from processing to dispatch coordination. Prepare and manage sampling as per buyer specifications. Assist in photoshoots, catalog creation, and maintaining product listings online. Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery. Maintain fabric swatches, trims, and design records.
