As a full-time Assistant Fashion Designer for a premium apparel brand specializing in handcrafted, exquisite fashion, your role will be based on-site in Bhubaneswar. You will assist in various aspects of fashion design, including embroidery, fittings, textile selection, and overall design execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing production, overseeing shoots, and contributing to brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in fashion design, embroidery, and fittings - Work with textiles and pattern making - Oversee production and quality control - Manage inventory, look books, and fashion campaigns - Coordinate and supervise photo shoots and branding initiatives - Collaborate on textile sourcing and handloom integration - Utilize design software like Adobe Illustrator (preferred) - Attend trade shows and exhibitions Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience working with a reputed fashion designer or brand - Strong skills in embroidery, fittings, and textiles - Experience in the fashion industry and production management - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus - Knowledge of Indian textiles and handloom is an advantage,
