Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer located in Chennai and Hyderabad. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will oversee the hospital’s entire IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient systems to support healthcare delivery. This includes managing servers, networks, data centers, cybersecurity, and hardware/software systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Plan, implement, and manage the hospital’s IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, wireless, servers, and storage systems.Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical hospital systems (EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, HIS, etc.). Maintain cybersecurity protocols and compliance with healthcare data protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, NABH). Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations. Supervise and support IT technical staff, vendors, and third-party contractors. Perform regular risk assessments and disaster recovery drills. Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle management. Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues. Develop documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of hospital systems and IT compliance standards.Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, firewalls, and enterprise networks.Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or CISSP are desirable.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary: The Data Entry Operator – Radiology Department is responsible for accurately entering patient details, scan requests, and report data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) or Hospital Information System (HIS). The role ensures smooth coordination between radiologists, technicians, and the front office to maintain timely and error-free report generation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Enter patient registration details and scan/test requests into the system accurately. Upload and manage radiology images and reports in the RIS/HIS. Coordinate with radiology technicians and radiologists to ensure proper tagging of patient scans. Generate, print, and dispatch reports to patients or concerned departments after verification. Ensure the correct test name, patient details, and consultant signatures are reflected in reports. Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and reports. Track pending reports and ensure timely completion and delivery. Assist radiologists in maintaining daily logs and preparing workload or productivity reports. Handle patient billing and coordinate with the front office for corrections or clarifications. Identify and rectify data errors or mismatched entries promptly. Support IT or PACS team for technical issues related to report generation or data retrieval. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in computer operations and data entry (minimum typing speed: 35 wpm). Familiarity with Radiology Information System (RIS), PACS, or Hospital Information System (HIS) preferred. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. You’ll be responsible for accurately transcribing and finalizing diagnostic imaging reports — including Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and PET — as dictated by our radiologists. If you have strong typing skills, an eye for accuracy, and a passion for supporting clinical excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Transcribe and edit dictated reports for Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and PET scans. What We’re Looking For: Graduate / Diploma in Medical Transcription, Medical Records, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in radiology or medical transcription (preferred). Excellent typing speed (50+ wpm) and attention to detail. Familiarity with medical and radiology terminology. Working knowledge of HIS / PACS / RIS systems.
