About the Role:

Infiheal is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Healo and elevate Infiheal’s brand presence. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, B2B/B2C sales funnels, and email marketing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns end-to-end, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

• Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, social media, email, paid ads, events).
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead B2B and B2C marketing initiatives to drive partnerships and customer growth.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports.

SEO & Content Strategy

• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic visibility.
• Coordinate with the content team to develop high-quality blog posts, landing pages, and website content aligned with SEO goals.
• Track keyword performance and search trends to optimize rankings.

Email Marketing

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product updates, and customer retention.
• Segment email lists and analyze open/click-through rates to improve performance.
• Manage email automation tools and workflows.

Social Media & Brand Management

• Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and community interactions.
• Track insights and adjust strategy to maximize reach and growth.

Sales & Growth Initiatives

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Support B2B sales with presentations, case studies, and pitch materials.
• Analyze customer behavior to improve both B2B and B2C sales funnels.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Monitor key performance metrics (SEO, campaign results, lead gen, sales data).
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide junior marketing team members and interns.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop new strategies and creative ideas.
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams for brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
• Proven experience in SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales funnels and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, email automation, social media platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.
