Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:The company seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive. This position offers a base salary of INR 10,000 monthly, with a competitive commission structure to reward successful client acquisition and project completion. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and nurturing client relationships, developing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyze industry trends, and assess competitor activities. Develop and refine marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives based on research findings.
• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and attending industry events.
• Sales and Negotiation: Pitch products and services effectively to potential clients, tailor proposals to meet their specific needs, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, digital advertising, and print media. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports to management.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, foster repeat business, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Digital Marketing Support: Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, web analytics) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with managers to prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data related to customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Generate regular reports on sales activities, leads, and contracts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, especially in a commission-based environment, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and strategic planning principles.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., social media management, email marketing, web analytics).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, commercial awareness, and a passion for marketing and sales.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: INR 10,000 per month.
