Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute result-driven marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance across digital, social, and offline channels
• Manage branding, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives
• Collaborate with content creators, video production teams, and external partners (e.g., vloggers)
• Plan and oversee events, campaigns, and other brand-building activities
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Report regularly to management with strategic insights and improvements

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation and above
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing roles (preferably in EdTech or service industry)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Data-driven with a strong understanding of marketing analytics
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and strategic vision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
