Designation: Senior Manager - Preowned / Business Head Total Exp: 5 to 12 years Preferred candidate profile and Job responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end operations of pre-owned (used) JCB machines. Develop and execute strategies to increase the procurement and resale of pre-owned equipment. Conduct market analysis to identify pricing trends, demand, and customer expectations. Build and maintain relationships with equipment owners, dealers, brokers, and customers. Inspect and evaluate used machines for resale potential, quality, and repair requirements. Ensure proper documentation, RTO formalities, and compliance during machine purchase and resale. Coordinate with service teams for refurbishment, repairs, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Achieve monthly targets for buying and selling pre-owned machines. Maintain inventory records, CRM updates, and generate regular reports for management review. Plan and execute marketing activities for pre-owned stock (online listings, exhibitions, etc.). Train and lead a team of executives for field operations and customer handling. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in pre-owned equipment or automobile industry preferred. Strong knowledge of JCB machines and market network in the construction equipment sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills. Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and basic financial evaluation of assets.
