Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Build & Lead the Marketing Function

●    Create clear workflows, reporting structures, and approval processes for all marketing activities.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

●    Enhance brand guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, visual tone, and storytelling approach.

●    Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — print, digital, outdoor signage, uniforms, brochures, and event materials.

3. Digital Presence & Storytelling

4. Community Engagement & Reputation Building

●    Launch programs to enhance parent and alumni involvement (e.g., parent ambassador programs, alumni spotlights, community service campaigns).

5. Admissions Marketing & Content Strategy

Qualifications & Skills

●    Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience

●    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
