In pursuance of our mission, we have secured a Series A funding of $3 Million from Prime Ventures (Investors in MyGate, Happay, HackerEarth, etc.) PS - We are the only company in the world where creative problem-solving is actually fun & games.

We recently onboarded Mr. Harsha Bhogle as our strategic investor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive and Optimize User Acquisition:

Plan and execute global mobile marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Unity, Apple, and other programmatic/non-programmatic networks.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve user acquisition performance.

Develop and execute influencer and partnership-driven acquisition strategies.

Targeting Segmentation and Creative Solutions:

Identify and implement targeting segmentation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Develop creative solutions to captivate and engage the target audience, iterating based on performance metrics.

Utilize AI-driven audience insights to refine marketing strategies.

Aggressive User Acquisition Approach:

Implement an entrepreneurial approach to rapidly acquire and retain new users.

Conduct experiments, measure results, and iterate on optimization strategies, including creatives, targeting, and channels.

Explore emerging acquisition channels such as web3 communities, gaming forums, and esports collaborations.

Data-Led Acquisition and Growth Strategies:

Utilize data-driven insights to formulate and implement acquisition and growth strategies.

Collaborate with the team to improve growth metrics at a strategic level.

Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other performance KPIs.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with the product team to optimize conversion rates and enhance product metrics across various marketing channels.

Foster a creative and collaborative environment within the team.

Brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns that blend gaming culture with brand storytelling.

Branding & Organic Growth

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Develop and maintain a strong, differentiated brand identity.

Ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all marketing channels.

Manage PR, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation.

Develop brand-led campaigns that align with Hitwicket’s gaming ethos and community.

Organic Growth & Community Engagement:

Grow and engage online communities across social media, Discord, Reddit, gaming forums, and other relevant platforms.

Drive social media strategy, leveraging trends, memes, and viral content to maximize reach.

Implement referral and ambassador programs to drive organic user acquisition.

Manage content marketing initiatives such as blogs, videos, and user-generated content.

Content Marketing and SEO:

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

Optimize website and blog content for discoverability and engagement.

ASO (App Store Optimization):

Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) for Hitwicket to increase organic user growth through search, explore, and other organic avenues.

Optimize app store listings, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user reviews to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Campaign Management and Reporting:

Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring effective execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.

Provide in-depth analytics of ROI to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns.

Present key insights and strategic recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

Prior experience in video games industry, social media, and publishing. Agency background is a plus. Has previously handled both organic and in-organic marketing for a mobile app (gaming is preferred)

Analysis: Expert skills in exploring and analyzing trends in engagement and feedback.

Project Management: Superb judgment and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated excellence in prioritizing your efforts to deliver maximum value under time constraints.

Working knowledge of analytical tools & dashboards alongside marketing specific tools. (AI is a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to think BIG
