Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth. The role involves overseeing both online and offline marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, coordinating with teams and vendors, and ensuring that marketing goals align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

2. Branding & Communication

  • Strengthen and manage the organization’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, videos, and digital content.
  • Manage internal and external communication to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • 3. Digital Marketing
  • Plan and oversee online marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.

4. Lead Generation & Promotion

  • Develop lead-generation strategies through events, webinars, partnerships, and online promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales/admission team to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively.
  • Track and analyze lead sources and conversion data to improve campaign performance.

5. Events & Public Relations

  • Plan and manage promotional events, product launches, university fairs, exhibitions, and press conferences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, and other external partners.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead conversions, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and leadership skills.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM platforms).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Monitor website performance, social media engagement, and digital campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team or agencies to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
